Unitex® Dryseal is a surface sealer for cement containing substrates such as Unitex® Uni-Dry products coated brickwork and block-work etc., where the sealer forms a physical barrier to rain and intermittent water penetration. Additionally, Unitex® Dryseal features good penetration and strong adhesion to the substrate and a physical barrier reducing salt migration/efflorescence on the surface.
